<aside> 🗒️ 읽기 전에 (1) 이 논문의 목적은 LAFP(Learning Analytics Fellows Program)를 통해 진행한 학습분석 프로젝트가 대학 캠퍼스 전반에 걸쳐 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지를 확인하는 데에 있습니다. (2) 각 구성원이 어떠한 영향을 받았는가에 대해 연구하기 위해 “Action Research Strategy”를 사용하였습니다. (3) 행정적인 부분과 각 교수진의 개별 활동에 대한 추후 연구가 계획되어 있습니다.

Introduction

• 학습을 지원하기 위한 많은 기술들이 개발되어 있지만, “the development of new tools may be easier than finding adopters who will use them(기술 개발이 그 기술을 새로이 사용할 사용자를 찾는 것보다 쉬울 수 있다)”.
• 사용자들이 기존에 사용하던 기술들을 내려놓지 않으려 하는 ‘장벽’을 깨야 합니다.
• 이러한 도전은 많은 시간이 필요하며, 현재(2019년) 아직 도전의 초기 단계라고 생각합니다.
• 학습분석의 효과성을 이해하고, 유의미한 행동 변화를 촉진하기 위해서는 먼저 교수진들이 현재 자신의 수업에서 일어나고 있는 일들을 명확하게 이해할 필요가 있다고 생각합니다.
